Many of my western friends often ask me why I wanted to marry a western man instead of a Russian. The truth is, many beautiful Russian women think that western men are true “Prince Charmings.”
The problem with many Russian men is all too often they are inclined to take the path of least resistance. They do not want to play an active role in their family’s life. They would rather be left alone.
“Don’t bother me,” they say to their wives. “Don’t ask me to do anything.” They would prefer to sit in front of a television or go to a drinking establishment with their friends than have a nice evening at home with their wives.
That’s the opposite of what many Russian women believe western men to be like.
Thanks to television and the Internet, Russian women have formed the impression that western men are hard workers. They are successful businessmen and sensitive, caring husbands. They are excited to spend time with their wives and are interested in what their wife has to say. They want a love-mate and a friend – not a maid to cook, clean, and make money for them.
Russian women are excellent mistresses, business ladies, careful mothers and loving wives. They will give their all to a man who appreciates them and treats them well.
