500g lean beef mince
1 onion
2 garlic pieces
2 eggs
200g of flour
Sugar, salt, pepper , vegetable oil, herbs to taste
1. Cut the onions
2. Mix mince, cut onions, eggs, smashed garlic and flour. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a cutlet.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
