0.5 l milk
150 gr sugar
50 gr flour
2 eggs
Some strawberries
- heat the milk
- add sugar, eggs and flour (while adding these ingredients continue to mix it all the time till you see it is cooked – has to be not so liquid as in the beginning)
- cut the strawberries (or other fruit you have) and add into the sauce (scalded cream).
