1 kilo cucumbers
2 liters water (hot or cold)
1 spoon of mustard or wasabi
Sugar, salt, pepper
2 cloves cracked garlic

Herbs (leaves or root of horseradish, dried dill or fresh dill leaves, chopped or snipped, bay leaves) all is to your taste but as much as you put it –cucumbers will be tastier!

Boil the water or use the cold one (in this case the cucumbers will be pickled a bit later)

Put the spices into the water, salt and sugar and at the end the cucumbers with the plate on the top of them to make all cucumbers be under the salty water.

In a couple of hours the cucumbers will be ready if you put more salt like about half a glass into the hot water, but if about a couple of spoons and the water will be cold– they will be ready next early morning.
