3kilo tomatoes
4 liters cold water
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of salt
10 cloves cracked garlic
5 onions
Herbs (leaves or root of horseradish, dried dill or fresh dill leaves, chopped or snipped, bay leaves) all is to your taste but as much as you put it –tomatoes will be tastier!
Take the boiled cold water.
Put the spices into the water, salt and sugar and at the end the tomatoes with the plate on the top of them to make all tomatoes be under the salty water.
In a couple of weeks the tomatoes will be ready – you will see by the changed colour and the taste of course
