500g of beef \ pork (boneless)
500g of rice
1l of water
200 g onions
200 g carrots
3 middle tomatoes
Salt, pepper , vegetable oil, herbs to taste
- Take 2 cups of water for 1 cup of dry rice (if you need lesser proportion as we have)
- Cut the meat into pieces.
- Next, slice onions into half rings.
- Slice or grate the tomatoes.
- Grate the carrots.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat and later add the onions, carrots and tomatoes.
- Add the rice on the top and in 15 min mix it with the meat and vegetables.
- At the end of cooking put some salt and black pepper to your taste.
