500g of beef \ pork (boneless)

500g of rice

1l of water

200 g onions

200 g carrots

3 middle tomatoes

Salt, pepper , vegetable oil, herbs to taste


  1. Take 2 cups of water for 1 cup of dry rice (if you need lesser proportion as we have)
  2. Cut the meat into pieces.
  3. Next, slice onions into half rings.
  4. Slice or grate the tomatoes.
  5. Grate the carrots.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat and later add the onions, carrots and tomatoes.
  7. Add the rice on the top and in 15 min mix it with the meat and vegetables.
  8. At the end of cooking put some salt and black pepper to your taste.
