500g lean beef mince

500g  of potatoes

100g cheese

500-700g of puff pastry

 

Sugar, salt, pepper , vegetable oil, herbs to taste

 

1.       Cut the potatoes

2.       Put the puff pastry on the baking dish pressing around the edge. Place over the filling: mince, sliced potatoes.

3.       Put some cheese on the top.

4.       Bake at 200° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
