500g lean beef mince

500-700g of puff pastry


Sugar, salt, pepper , vegetable oil, herbs to taste


1.       Lay the puff pastry on a clean work surface and cut into parts. Place over the filling: mince.

2.       Bake at 200° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
