500g of beef \ pork (boneless) steaks
100 g garlic
100 g onions
2 eggs
Some flour
Salt, pepper , vegetable oil, herbs to taste
- Slice the meat into pieces.
- Next, slice or cut onions and garlic.
- Mix meat with garlic and onions and put some salt and black pepper to your taste.
- Each steak put into eggs mixture and after it cover it with flower – both sides
